Born out of a love of the liquor industry, 3 mates Ben, Adrian and Will have brought together years of experience from across hospitality, distribution and alcohol production to form our vision of what Bondi means to us. Our products are simple and clean and where possible we use organic and Australian grown botanicals.
Petersons Wines have been at the forefront of the wine industry in the Hunter Valley since 1971 when it was established by Colin Peterson and his parents, Ian and Shirley. Since the first vintage in 1981, Petersons have become recognised for producing premium, award winning wines; a tradition that continues today.
Savannah Estate Wines are produced from small select parcels of premium fruit grown in renowned viticulture regions throughout Australia. We hand select varietals from Australia’s most unique regions and produce wines that best reflect their unique regionality and character. Savannah Estate lies on the beautiful gateway to Mount View, which boasts some of the most stunning views of the whole Hunter Valley.
Mercer Wines has been fermenting for many years. Aaron started over 20 years ago selling wine and scrubbing tanks in the Hunter Valley. Learning from local legends, he soon realised the joy of making wine and has continued his education all over the world. Mercer is one of NSW’s most awarded and versatile winemakers. With extensive experience working in France, Germany, Canada and California, he is best known for his positive impact on organic and preservative free winemaking in Australia.
Be transported to the streets of Portugal as you sink your teeth into these sweet tarts and pastries. There’s the classic for tart traditionalists – crumbly, flaky pastry and creamy vanilla custard, perfectly caramelised on top – plus flavoured varieties like lemon, passionfruit, Nutella and salted caramel. While you’re there, branch out with some shortbread biscuits, gluten free coconut and custard tarts, or a delectable doughnut filled with custard cream, strawberry jam, or dark chocolate and coconut.
A family run vineyard producing handcrafted, small batch wines. Varieties include Pinot Grigio, our sort after Fiano, a gorgeous rosè, the most supple of Merlots, and – of course ‘the architect’ Shiraz. We have also a selection of sparkling wines and a dessert wine to finish! Wines at GREENWAY are made from 100% estate grown from our single vineyard fruit, nurtured using sustainable farming practices. Passionate and dedicated to the making of our wine, we only bottle when the vintage is at its best, producing limited releases, approximately 500 cases in any given year.
Bringing my family’s smoked salt seasoning from New Zealand to Australia had always been a plan. Growing up in New Zealand, Smoking local produce and barbecuing seafood was a big part of normal cooking life, especially during fishing trips in the beautiful kiwi wilderness. We are committed to continuing this family tradition here in Australia by sourcing the best ingredients to cold smoke by hand over beechwood and bay leaves, creating a range of down-to-earth gourmet food products.

Peterson House was born from the vision of Ian Peterson, who, in his early years felt it necessary to celebrate each grandchild’s birth with a special wine. When his first grand daughter was born, he thought it fitting to produce his own sparkling wine, however soon discovered that no-one in NSW was commercially producing sparkling wine in small volumes. So Mr. Peterson leaped across the borders to South Australia to have his sparkling wine made; in what was the beginning of a journey of bubbles.

Founder Andrew Galbraith, wanted to make a spirit of the highest quality, using the most effective purification and flavour infusion techniques, without being ridiculously priced. Specialising in gins and flavoured vodkas Andrew used his previous distilling experience and knowledge in semi permeable membranes gained from a medical science degree to bring the dream to life.
Our love for jerky originated 12 years ago. We bought ourselves a small bench dehydrator and have been creating and tweaking flavours since then until now, when an opportunity came along to share our passion with everyone. Each of our jerky flavours are distinctly different – from the seriously spicy Chilli to the mild and sweet Teriyaki, there’s bound to be a flavour to suit your palate! Our thick-cut jerky is not too dry, but also not too soft – you still have to work for the reward but trust us when we say, you won’t be disappointed!
